I think having Lisa (and her family) respond to people, often in a matter of seconds, is something they will truly remember. She's been trying valiantly to keep up with the thousands of comments but after her CD hits and more radio stations play her tracks, she'll have to compromise. Unless she IS a bot after all. 8-)
