READ PLZ--VERY INFORMATIVE & TURN VOLUME UP a little, TESTING CAMERA @ THE TIME, WHICH IS NOW BROKEN anyway (Warranty over), Ha--MY LUCK! Hence, NO Diet Vids Lately, and working too much, so I'll just wait 4 vaca 2 get 1 (or win Lottery :P). BUT, U MUST KNOW that I'VE BEEN oddly craving, hence--EATING WHOLE PUMPKIN PIES, AND EVEN CANNED PUMPKIN (better 4u) Ate 3 pies and 2 cans so far this past week. So I RESEARCED PUMPKIN--It's an EXCELLENT ANTI-INFLAMMTORY--AS IN PAIN & SWELLING--NO WONDER MY Lower BACK & FINGERS are FEELING BETTER!!! Try it--just sweeten (with anything) the canned Pmpkn, add cinnamin & Vanilla Extrct--mix w/ some Reg or Van YOGURT--SERIOUSLY--and gobble it up chilled, Okay! LOTS of NUTRIENTS,FIBER, and LOW CALORIES. NOW, THE STARS of this EPIC,1st VID of mine is our Silly TOY Poodle, and BIG Funny Beagle (HE lost 10 lbs which saved his life & I CAN'T LOSE 5!!) WTF?? WELL, HE'S on THYROID pills........and I'm NOT?? Health concerns or priorities are never straight when you're a Crazy Dog Lover!! Both dogs are male, Poodle thinks he's a total Alpha -- sleeping on TOP of me, Bratty & Grumbly till I take him for a ride on my Harley (oh yes I do). Then he's a total ANGEL---doting over us when we cry, or if we're sick, and he loves the Elderly!!! Goes for car rides to a few client s and facilities as THERAPY.. Oh, I'm sure some of you can relatee to this-- WE PAY the MORTGAGE 4 the DOGS to live here--make sence?? Also, Poodle (now 9 yrs) loves Harleys and making alot of his own noise too. Beagle (now 13-ish) loves OTHER ppls food & is mortified of Thunder, and would lick a Burgler to death. And ME?, Well, I can kill a vegetable garden like NOBODY can!! Yah, real proud of that, Mrs. NO-GREENTHUMB. But the dogs are still alive--but that's probably just a MIracle too.
